Photos
• Our graphics department when designing an advert require hi-res photos for professional results. We prefer full quality .jpg directly from a digital camera. For extra large photos (above 5meg each) please resize to around 5meg.
Logos
• Logo's are preferred as vector (.ai or .eps) All fonts MUST be outlined. Professional Logo's are required for National Companies.
Already designed adverts - National
• Advertisements that are already set must be in .pdf format only. Ensure that they are generated as 'high quality' and NOT screen res. It is critical that all fonts are 100% subset or imbedded. We will not be responsible for substituted fonts.
Bleed / Size
• We do not use bleed currently. Adverts MUST be set to the exact size as specified upon booking.
Modification to PDF
• Modifications to pre-set adverts are generally not possible and result in poor results, additional fees may apply.
Submission of content
• We accept emails as a main method of communication, but there is a limit of 10megabytes per email.
We accept CD/DVD/USB DISK.
We do not accept Zipdisks and Floppy Disks. We may accept camera flash memory cards on request. For newspaper 'copy' all text must be converted to simple text such as RTF or text only. MS Word can save as RTF.

Company specific fonts
We have a large font library and can match most fonts. However if you must use a specific font we suggest that you talk to our graphics department beforehand. We accept Windows .ttf (True Type) font files and Windows Postscript fonts. We suggest compressing them as .zip/.rar before emailing them.
